Major Talent is our weekly musical theatre training programme for young performers who want to grow and push themselves to the next level of performance.

Through expert-led training in singing, acting, and dance, students receive high-quality, structured education that builds strong technical foundations alongside their confidence as performers. With a clear focus on individual progress, each student is supported and challenged through personalised guidance, helping them grow in skill, maturity, and self-belief. More than just a club, Major Talent is a progressive programme designed to develop each performer week by week in a supportive, professional environment.

What makes Major Talent different?

Major Talent runs as a focused 2-hour weekly training programme, spending time engaging in multiple disciplines each session

Sessions balance:

- Strong technical foundations

- Creative exploration and development

- Individual encouragement and challenge

Every students progress is supported through individual guidance, building resilience, communication skills, and confidence alongside their performance training.

Students benefit from:

  • Small group work and individual attention

  • Personalised guidance and mentoring

  • Guest workshops that broaden experience and inspiration

As confidence grows, students are encouraged to challenge themselves, try new things, and step forward; whether that’s performing, auditioning, or simply speaking up with confidence. Major Talent also provides a strong foundation for future opportunities, including holiday workshops, productions, and auditions.
